Decision infrastructure for LATAM's
most demanding operators.
Built on Essential, our Ontology layer for the operations that don't fit global software.
Operations in production.
Every industry has a different operational bottleneck. At Quarks we identify it, we run it, and we turn it into an edge. This is our current footprint by market and where we're already deploying capacity.
Pharmaceutical distribution
Fragmented data across channel, inventory, and allied pharmacy network. Every decision depends on putting the puzzle together by hand.
Essential unifies the operation. QIDA turns the network's procurement into a new commercializable revenue line.
Operational decisions on a single platform and a new channel to monetize the network asset.
Pharmaceutical labs
Late, aggregated reports. They react late to stock-outs, competitive pressure, or demand shifts.
Essential connects sell-in, sell-out, and channel behavior. On that base:
Real channel control. Commercial strategy executed on data.
Clinics and medical centers
Patients lost at every step of the journey, from initial consultation to medication adherence.
Essential models the patient cycle. On that base:
Patient connected through the full cycle. The most complete block in the portfolio: three integrated products.
Medical practices and specialties
The specialist lives treating patients. Valuable leads lost from lack of follow-up.
AURA runs the full channel with bilingual AI agents that qualify, schedule, and collect.
Time back for clinical practice. Zero leads lost.
Construction and properties
Mass marketing to find the right properties. Conversion drops with every irrelevant lead.
Essential pinpoints the right properties with geographic intelligence. AURA turns every lead into a scheduled inspection.
Scheduled inspections instead of scattered campaigns.
Retail and consumer goods
Imperfect information on how product turns at each point of sale.
TRACE runs the channel intelligence that meets big retailer standards. AURA automates the pipeline for premium retail.
Meets big retailer standards. Channel decisions on real data.
Industrial manufacturing
Sells long, technical cycles. Every lead is gold and easily lost.
AURA runs the channel with AI qualification. Essential connects plant, sales, and service.
Plant, sales, and service integrated. Every lead worked through to close.
Financial services
Markets saturated with noisy leads. Expensive origination, low conversion.
AURA filters real signal, qualifies the applicant, and maintains follow-through to the decision.
More efficient origination. Only the lead that matters gets worked.
Agencies and B2B services
Long relationships that go cold without a system working them.
AURA runs the commercial channel under their own brand with automated follow-through.
Every account alive. Healthy pipeline under your brand.
We don't sell licenses. We don't deliver slides. Our forward-deployed engineers embed in your operation, build the Ontology, and ship a system that runs every day with AI agents in production.
One semantic layer. Three product families.
Each product solves a specific operational problem. All of them speak the same language: the Ontology defined in Essential.
Trace
Brands and distributors lose margin in the gaps between forecast, inventory, and sell-out. Trace closes them through CPFR, the global collaborative planning standard, applied to LATAM's operational realities.
- →Sell-out, weeks of supply, fill rate, exception alerts
- →Compatible with Walmart, Costco, Soriana, HEB
- →13 pre-configured CPFR metrics
- →Running with suppliers to Walmart Centroamérica
- →CPFR adapted to pharma collaboration
- →FEFO, lot management, native sanitary compliance
- →Built on Essential's pharma Ontology
- →Running in LATAM pharma chains
Ontology is local. So is the infrastructure that runs it.
An Ontology is the semantic model of a domain in its context. There is no universal version for banking, none for pharma. There are the ones of specific companies, in specific regulatory and operational realities. LATAM's are genuinely distinct. The infrastructure to model them does not yet exist at scale. That is what Quarks builds.
- 01
Ontology is the layer where business meaning lives.
Concepts like 'important client', 'critical SKU', 'acceptable exposure' are domain-specific and context-specific. An Ontology codifies them: versioned, governed, machine-reasonable. Without it, AI agents hallucinate. With it, they execute.
- 02
LATAM contexts require LATAM-modeled Ontologies.
SUDEBAN, INVIMA, IVIC, COFEPRIS. WhatsApp as primary commercial channel. Currency volatility. Informal distribution networks. Importation cycles. Global Ontologies do not model these realities. Quarks does.
- 03
Decision infrastructure is foundation, not feature.
In regulated, volatile, operationally complex markets, the Ontology and the decision infrastructure built on it are not roadmap items. They are the substrate of every scalable operation.
- 04
Complexity is our forward-deployed environment.
Pharma distribution under shortage. Cross-border supply chains. Multi-regulator healthcare. We engineer in the conditions where systems must hold, not where they are easy to deploy.
The disciplines that make the platform possible.
Every Quarks product is built on a foundation of deep technical expertise across the full data and AI stack.
Pipelines, governance, and streaming architectures built to survive LATAM's bandwidth, regulatory, and infrastructure realities. Built for production from day one.
Forecasting, recommendation, classification, and domain-specific fine-tuning, deployed in operations across regulated industries. Not research PDFs.
Analytical frameworks where every view connects to an action and every metric has an owner. Systems that drive decisions, not dashboards that decorate walls.
Causal inference, optimization, scenario simulation. The mathematical muscle behind every Quarks deployment, where intuition falls short and pattern matching isn't enough.
These are the disciplines. Essential, Trace, Qida, and Aura are what we build with them. Quarks Labs is where they evolve.
Built for regulated environments. Not retrofitted.
Global platforms treat LATAM compliance as a feature request. We treat it as a foundation.
SUDEBAN-native architecture (LISB Art. 86, Resolution 001.21). Hybrid deployments: PII on-premise, pseudonymized processing in cloud. Capability available for client engagements through Essential.
Patient data governance, pharmacy ERP integration, clinical audit trails. Where compliance isn't optional and downtime isn't an option.
OFAC screening, trade intelligence, multi-jurisdiction data residency. Operational across USA, Venezuela, Colombia, Panamá, each with its own regulatory surface.
“There is a difference between surviving this continent and learning to design from it.”
In Latin America we confuse the two far too often. We celebrate resilience as if it were a virtue in itself, when in reality it's only the floor. What sits above the floor, the capacity to take extreme conditions and turn them into a design advantage, is what nobody's had the discipline to build at scale. Quarks exists to do exactly that.
Only six percent of Latin American organizations report significant value creation with artificial intelligence today. That's not a technology gap. It's an infrastructure gap.
Applied AI research for operational problems.
Quarks Labs is our internal applied AI practice. We build multi-agent systems, domain-specific fine-tuned models, and vertical AI agents that solve concrete operational problems for our clients.
Every Lab output is designed to be deployed, not published. It is where Quarks invests in the next decade of its platform.
