Quarks is a data infrastructure and applied intelligence company built for Latin America. We operate in sectors where the margin for error is low, regulation is dense, and data is scattered across systems that don't talk to each other.
We don't sell packaged software. We deploy operating layers inside our clients' operations, with people, not manuals. Each project is a long-term relationship, not a license.
We operate under a dual-entity structure: Quarks Data Latam LLC. in Florida as international legal base, and Quarks C.A. in Venezuela as local operation. This architecture lets us contract with multinational corporates under a recognized legal framework, while operating within the regulatory framework of every country we work in.

Quarks is founded by operators with proven track records deploying data infrastructure and applied intelligence in Latin America's most demanding markets.
Eddie Arenas
Eddie founded Quarks on a thesis: Latin America does not need to import intelligence, it needs to build it from the inside. With over a decade designing data infrastructure and analytical systems for banks, pharmaceutical companies, distributors and private clinics in the region, he has led mission-critical deployments in regulated and operationally complex environments. He builds Quarks to scale that model across the continent.

Deployed, not sold.
Every client relationship is a joint execution relationship. We don't sell licenses that install themselves. We put people inside the operation until the system runs and the client operates it autonomously.
Built local, not tropicalized.
We reject the practice of taking products designed for other realities and patching them. We build for LATAM constraints from design: regulation, infrastructure, volatility, informal channels.
Data before models.
There is no artificial intelligence without data infrastructure. Most companies that fail at AI fail for lack of foundation. We build the foundation before talking about models.
Confidentiality as default.
We operate in sectors where data is sensitive and reputation is fragile. We treat our clients' information with the rigor demanded by banking, healthcare and government, and the discretion that doing business in LATAM requires.
