FAQ

Before we talk.

Which collaboration model fits me?

If you introduce an opportunity, we can assess a referral. If you understand and support the process, joint implementation may fit. If you contribute technology or industry capabilities, we can collaborate on a concrete use case.

Where can we collaborate?

We assess opportunities in Venezuela, LATAM and other markets where there is a fit. Coverage, local requirements and delivery capacity are reviewed for each opportunity. Territory terms are set out in the agreement.

Can I use the Quarks brand?

Brand use, materials and public communications require authorization and agreed terms. We discuss what presentation the opportunity needs before it is used.

How is commercial attribution defined?

The origin of the opportunity, the responsibilities, the terms and the recognition of each participation are defined in the alliance's commercial agreement.
